Addict or Prude?
Although many Americans approach sex in the spirit of moderation, American popular culture does not. In the popular culture, it's all or nothing. Addict or prude. Both extremes are merely obsessive.

I agree, although it is not a phenomena restricted to the US. In many social stratas, there is no concept of a middle ground between addict or prude-be it about sex, drugs, or alcohol.
Why should sex be in moderation, especially when it comes to TV or celebrities?
*laughs* it works here, but 'merely obsessive' almost sounds like an oxymoron.
SporadicBlogger, I think your observation is spot-on. It's not just sex, is it?
Hi Ashwin! I myself am of the opinion that almost all things should be in moderation. I guess it's just a matter of perspective.
Amuirin, I was wondering if that worked!
